The two rings attach to clips and an adjustable buckle with a strap for the ability of a headrest mount. There are also two adjustable belt loops to accommodate any belt size up to 3″ thick. This design is ideal for attaching your kit to a multitude of locations. This allows you to simultaneously pull the bag’s handle to rip the main bag off the velcro panel.
